Education and career path
Me Céline Moos graduated with a Master of Law awarded by the University of Fribourg (2008-2013). During the preparation of her Master’s degree, she spent two semesters within the Erasmus programme at the University of Stockholm.
Between 2013 et 2015, she evolved as a junior attorney at the law firm KELLER et DUTOIT in Estavayer-le-Lac.
After having passed her Bar examinations, she then supported the Chair of Civil Law at the University of Fribourg in the publication of the Summary of Federal and Cantonal Court decisions in Family Law. At the beginning of 2016, she joined the Construction and Planning Department (SeCA) of the Canton of Fribourg.
She joined the law firm MC AVOCATS SA in January 2019 as an associate.
Experience
During her internship as trainee attorney, she acquired a sound knowledge of civil litigation (matrimonial law, contract law, prosecution for debt and bankruptcy law) as well as criminal procedure. After three years in the Construction and Planning Department (SeCA) and in view of her position as Secretary of the Architecture and Urbanism Commission (CAU), she specialised in construction and territorial planning law.
Since becoming active at the Bar, she has continued to improve her skills in legal representation in both civil and criminal litigation. In particular, she conducts procedures in the Canton of Bern for the clients of MC AVOCATS’ Gstaad office.
Given her linguistic skills, she easily handles and actively participates in the management of many cases with international implications.
