Me Arnaud BIASIN pursued comparative law studies through dual French and Swiss bachelor’s and master’s degree programs in law. He began his studies at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, where he completed the first two years of the program, and continued at the University of Fribourg, where he obtained both his Swiss and French Bachelor of Law degrees in 2020, followed by his Swiss and French Master of Law degrees in 2022.
After law school, he gained his first practical experience working in the cantonal administration, first in an administrative authority and then in the legal department of a cantonal administration department.
He joined MC Avocats SA in May 2026 as a trainee lawyer.
Experience
After law school, Me Arnaud BIASIN began as a legal trainee for the cantonal Authority for Transparency, Data protection and Mediation in Fribourg. He contributed to the publication of a specialist article on data protection in relation to the collection of church tax, preaching, and baptism, published on the Swissprivacy Law platform.
He then worked as a legal practitioner for the cantonal administration, further consolidating his experience and knowledge in public law.
