Me Méline ROUILLER studied law at the University of Geneva, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in 2016, and then at the Universities of Geneva and Panthéon Assas II Paris, where she obtained her Master’s degree in 2018.
After graduating with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions in 2018, she completed her internship with the law firm Meyerlustenberger Lachenal in Geneva, between 2018 and 2020. She worked actively on a number of cases involving labour law, commercial law, civil law, criminal law and administrative law, as well as aspects of international law. She has also represented clients before the courts.
She joined MC Avocats SA in November 2023 as an associate.
Parallel to her university studies, she worked as a legal assistant at Vitol SA in Geneva for 4 years.
She also completed an internship at the UN during the sessions of the Human Rights Council in 2016.
After passing the Swiss bar exam in October 2020, she worked as a Legal Officer in the legal department of Swissquote SA, in Gland. Her involvement in numerous projects has enabled her to develop her knowledge of legal areas such as banking and financial law, data protection, company law, digital law and contract law.
