Career Path
Nicolas SADEGHI studied law at the University of Lausanne, where he obtained his Bachelor degree in 2013. He obtained his Master of Law and Economics in 2015 with the same university.
In 2021, he graduated with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions at the University of Geneva. Between 2023 and 2024, he completed his internship in Valais at a local law firm and with the Court of Sierre. He joined MC Avocat SA in November 2025 as an associate.
A native English speaker, he is perfectly bilingual in French.
Experience
After his university studies, he worked first as a Compliance intern at the private bank Piguet Galland & Cie SA. He then worked as Legal & Compliance Officer at CACEIS Bank, Nyon Branch for 6 years. These experiences permitted him to develop his knowledge in many legal areas linked to Business law.
