Education and career path
Pauline Vuillemin pursued a university career combining public law and international studies. After studying public law at the University of Lorraine and then at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, she obtained a Master 2 in public business law at Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

She then turned her attention to international business law, completing a double Master’s degree at Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the University of Economics and Law in Ho Chi Minh City, before completing her training with a Specialized Master’s degree in international law and management at HEC Paris, where she studied the strategic, economic and managerial aspects of international organisations.

Her academic career has been enriched by several university experiences abroad, notably in London, Luxembourg, Ho Chi Minh City and Singapore, which have given her a comparative view of legal systems and a detailed understanding of international tax issues.

Her background has resulted in a global and multidisciplinary approach to law, characterised by a strong international outlook and an ability to understand complex issues from different angles.

Experience
Alongside her studies, Pauline completed several internships in Paris, Singapore and Luxembourg, during which she trained in international taxation, corporate taxation and cross-border transactions. She started at Deloitte Tax & Legal in Singapore, where she assisted companies with their international taxation and M&A transaction issues in Asia.

She then joined Deloitte Luxembourg, where she worked for more than three years, first as a junior consultant and then as a senior consultant, working on complex international tax transactions: group structuring and restructuring, private equity, intra-group financing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax schemes.

Pauline subsequently broadened her expertise to wealth management within the Euodia group, advising private clients on wealth optimisation, personal taxation, financial planning and investment strategies.

Since June 2025, she has been working as head of Paralegal at MC Avocats SA, where she handles Swiss and international taxation, family office matters, tax fillings, administrative and legal follow-up, as well as relations with authorities, banks, notaries and specialized partners.

Her professional career demonstrates her ability to thrive in demanding, international and multidisciplinary environments, with an approach focused on service, precision and a global vision of her clients’ challenges.
