MC AVOCATS SA is a multilingual (French-German-English-Italian-Dutch) boutique law firm active in business law. We are active throughout Switezrland, where we are based; our services are also particularly well tailored to an international, cosmopolitan and demanding clientele seeking for highly individualised advice.
Co-founded in 2010 by Béatrice STAHEL & Gilles CRETTOL as the branch of a global firm active in international business law, it was changed into an LLC with two partners in 2015.
Béatrice STAHEL acquired the shares of Gilles CRETTOL in 2018, who remains active as a consultant to the Firm.
The Firm was converted into a limited company in 2020, with Me Béatrice STAHEL as sole shareholder.
In order to best support its clients, the Firm counts several full-time lawyers: all with an international profile, their local network also benefits to the firm’s clients. Trainee lawyers, as well as highly qualified administrative staff complete the MC AVOCATS SA team.
Headquartered in Sion (Valais), the firm also has its own offices in Gstaad (Bern) and Geneva; MC AVOCATS SA carries out national and international activities while having solid local roots in Sion, Gstaad and Geneva.
